I usually go with a rib-eye when I eat out. At home, I will grill em and use a steak butter on it.

However, at home I will also grill either Porterhouse or NY strips and do a "Tuscan Style" prep...

It makes me wonder how many times someone is caught without bloodshed. We usually only hear about people being shot during a crime. This time, these two were caught and no one was shot.

technically, North America includes Mexico and Central America, too.
