It is hard to troubleshoot computers over the internet. There are a few things that can cause your problem.
1.Bad memory
2.Bad Motherboard
I would suggest flashing the BIOS. Disabling BIOS...

If every FFL in the country would charge $500 for a transfer brand X would be out of business. It will never happen of course because many delaers sell on brand X.
