Question Sniper Rifle Video Feed

I have been a fanatic of sniper rifles and know quite a bit about them. But i have never heard of or seen any kind of equipment that hooks up to a sniper rifle to create a video feed of the shooters...

It is a hobby I want to persue and I'm trying to cast my own bullets so I would like to try and figure out which mold I would need. And yes I have a source of lead, I work at a scrapyard.
