I always have at least one pistol on me, but most of the time I have a backup in the truck. I have been known to carry an extra pistol on me when I am in high threat areas.

I have to agree, for home defense, nothing is better than a good 12 gauge shotgun, on the street however, I go with my Glock 19, it takes a beating and is easy to conceal.

Welcome...glad to have someone else here that loves a fine 1911, but packs a Glock as well. Wouldn't trade my Springfield Micro Compact, my Kimber Pro CDPII, or my Glock 19, love them all...again...
