Thanks to a friend.
I can confirm, after looking at the book Mauser Pistolen 2008.
That gun is not documented in any book of weapons ..
Because that looks like a gun found on pages 163-167...

Both pistols "Mauser-Nickl" " were made of similar size to the COLT 1911.
I repeat not "vestpockets pistols.

If not the inventor, designer and builder Engineer Josef Nickl even patented parts.
Which transfers the rights to Waffenfabrik-Mauser and then to Mauser-Werke....

These pistols have hammers as the vz-22.
They are not like guns mauser 1914 model with firing pin.
