I have a Puma M92 in .45 Colt. Love that thing. Shoots great and with hot loads from Buffalo Bore etc it is very versatile. Looks good too. Just like this one.

I suppose that makes sense. I figured it was just worn to the point that it looks gold/brass.

I dropped her off at a local gunsmith today. It will take a few weeks but he should be able to get it...

Thanks for the reply. I think the scope is a Weaver K-4. I can't see the name as it is under the ring but it does say El Paso Tex. Steel tube design. With Buehler base. That gives me some room to...

Let me first start with the fact that I love the classic firearms. :) I have just picked up a Savage Model 99 (Or 1899, can't tell) Take down version in .300 Savage. I ran the serial number 300025...
