I've owned my share of S&W wheel guns, and I've also had a couple break on me, never had a "Built like a Tank" Ruger come apart. I agree the S&W 586 / 686 revolvers have a much better...

True, but target shooters have been fitting peep sights to their lever guns since the late 1800's. I think in those days Marbles and Lyman were the big names in gun sights.
