Here is my 1943 Colt M1911A1. Still shoots like a dream. Has a trigger shoe on it for comfort.

I am not too sure when the trigger shoe was added. From looking at it, it appears that there isnt any damage to the trigger.

I have a Colt M1911A1. It was owned by my dad, which was owned by his mom's dad before that. The serial # is No 922029 meaning it is a Colt and not an ithaca or springfield. I was wondering about...
