Re: .22 cal smooth bore?
Marlin made the "Garden Gun". IIRC it was a .22 Mag smoothbore.
Here is an article about it. http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0BQY/is_3_46/ai_59281208/ I have never seen one in person.

Very nice. That rifle should get plenty of squirrels.
I have a Win 270, which is the pump version of that action.

Re: velocity AND THE TARGET
+1 Also, the match ammo is made with better quality control, and is more consistent. The Wolf .22 ammo is in fact repackaged SK ammo, that is made in Germany. It is very good ammo.

Re: My $250, NIB H&R 5200 Target Rifle
I haven't done anything to my 5200. It is box stock. My wife gave it to me 2 Christmases ago. She got it from her boss for $400. It had a set of Lyman sights on it. My eyesight is lacking, so I went...

Re: My $250, NIB H&R 5200 Target Rifle
Thanks John. The 5200 is my prone rifle. Here are some targets that I happened to take pics of. I am not the best shot, but these give some idea as to how it shoots.

Re: New S&W 22A; What To Watch For When Shooting?
I had one of those. The hook on the back that holds it all together broke off and jammed the whole thing up. S&W replaced the frame. (Same Ser.# but a redesigned hook). On the third trip after the...

H&R 5200 manual
Someone was kind enough to send this to me when I got my 5200 last year. It is good for the 5200 and the M12.
Take care,

Anybody else have one of these?
I bought this Rossi Princess, but have found little info on it. This thing is so tiny and cute, that I couldn't pass it up. Is there anyway to determine the Date of manufacture?
Thanks,
