An Ithaca Model 72 Saddlegun; circa 1973 if I remember correctly. I still have it and still use it.

These are great guns. I bought one from the CMP around 2002. It also looked new but had the parkerized finish. Mine is the most accurate gun I own even with the stock Mossberg S-100 peep sight.

I had a S&W 63-1 but sold it back in my college days. Its the only gun Ive ever sold and regret having done so. I did however replace around '89 (I think) with a model 63-3 which I still have and...

No favorite, I like 'em all. But the most accurate .22 I own is a Mossberg 44US, its far more accurate than I'll ever be.

A '75 Ithaca saddle gun (lever action). The first I ever shot was a 40s vintage Marlin 81dl. Bought the Ithaca and inherited the Marlin about 3 years ago.
