Question on Remington shot gun
Looking at a Remington 12 gage , model 887 nitro magnum . Does anyone have one and are they good , how do you like it and is it holding up ok. Thanks

I shoot a S&W 357 and my load is 5.0 gr. of 700X with a 158 gr HP. And for cast bullets 3.5 gr of 700 X the 146 gr bullet. Using a 357 case. Will work ina 38 case all so.

A friend gave me some IMR 700x and I would like to work up a load in the 221 fireball. Thinking about using a seirra 45 SP. Found a little data on the 770x in fireball and it said 6.5 gr was the max....

That is where I live is in Tx . That is what I was going to hunt with them is the coyotes and deer. Where I live in Tx the deer field dress about 150 lbs.. But hard every get a shot over 100 yds.....

Tried the 06 with 110 gr bullet

10/22 are the range
Took my new 10/22 with a 22" barrel to the gun range . Shot that 50 yds with Armscor precision HP . ( the photo is not my gun but one like it) A 5 shot group was .978.

Thanks and where I live in SE TX has a lot brush & trees, a long shot is 150 yards. It is not like west tX where you can get 300 to 500 yards shots. Most of my shots are at 50 to 100 yards.
