It very well might be the ammo your using. Cheap walmart bulk pac ammo is known jamming try using a better grade of ammo.

The reason that primers especially small rifle are in short supply is that Federal has a multi muti million rounds contract for Uncle Sam. We are having 2 wars going on at once and the big players...

I'd have done this....
As a NY LEO w/statewide carry, this is just the sort of thing that 10% OC (or stronger)gas is called for. Takes the steam out of most MF'ers makes them think of other things whilst 'da cuffs go on.
