Thanks for all the comments guys. I placed the order and got a brand new Simmons 3-9x32 AO scope model 511072 for $55 not $70, so I win.

As I understand (the Hard Way) that in California, you can only have a 10 magazine. Does this apply to 22LR as well? I have heard that is not true, that it only applies to larger calibers?
