Re: How much bullseye powder?
If you go to Alliant Powder's home page, you can get load data - per Berry's FAQ, do not exceed 1200 fps; they recommend using the beginning jacketed load data and working up slowly from there

Re: Pistol Caliber Comparison
40's have a notorious rep for "snappy recoil", especially in the small SD guns. It is also available in more polymer frame guns, like the 9mm. The 45 , usually associated with the 1911 frame, gives...

Keep your head on the stock and your eye on the rock...NOT the bead. Use the beads to practice your gun mount, but when shooting a moving clay you need your eyes watching the bird

It's not the guns that will get banned, but the ammunition will either disappear, or be taxed to the point that most folks will end up with nothing but expensive paper weights

Re: equipment addvice
If you're going to add the trimmer, you'll want to add the little case-mouth deburring tool.
I would eventually look at a case tumbler also.
If your pistols dies aren't carbide, you'll need...

Re: Shotgun "bead" that's different!

Make sure your shotgun fits properly, and...

Re: Help finding good home defense revolver
snubbies are also very hard to shoot well, will recoil much worse and therefore not be as well suited to follow-up shots.
ANY handgun shot in a typical bedroom, (say 12 x 15) will be VERY loud,...

Re: Which Remington is better ?
I own both, a 700 in 7mag and a 7 in 7-08. The 700 is great for western hunting where you need really flat-long range shooting capability; while the 7 with its 18-1/2" barrel is great for eastern...

You reload them to get them cheap - I have a model from the 50's or 60's.....I can load them from my old stash of bullets for about .04 each; otherwise start scouring the web sites

The hazmat fee is charged by the carrier, not the seller.
vendors will ship up to 25,000 primers and 2-8# powder jugs for one hazmat fee in a single box

Re: What's the deal with MidwayUSA?
unless you're buying in bulk quantities, try your local gun shop - the hazmat fees get ridiculous otherwise; or go in on a bulk buy with friends - they;ll usually ship 25,000 for a single fee
