right now im at 5 calibers. i have a desire to have a bunch more though. i've always liked the idea of having a handgun in every caliber.... but i also like certain handguns in various calibers...

i'd suggest check your crimp. if you dont have enough crimp and the bullets are being set back during cycling it could cause weird things to happen, not counting the spike in pressure.

i had a 5 gallon bucket of brass and tried to scrap it some years back and they wouldnt take it. i tried 2 different scrappers round here. they said they did not take empties

i traded a loading block sized for 45/70 for a medium flat rate box full or 40s&w brass. trades are fun. i'll be sorting for a few days in my spare time.

yeah. 30 carbine is a pistol round too. i know bottleneck pistol rounds like 357 sig or 221 fireball need lube. but i dont know bout the big rifle rounds. i can see it needing some to smooth it...

it's only bottle neck cartridges that need lube right? would you still need to lube straight walled cases like 45/70 and 444 marlin?
