Don't have a representative piece in the shop right now, but if I remember correctly those guns used a bushing in the breech face to hold the firing pin and spring in the frame.

Depending on how badly he cut up the outer magazine tube, it can probably be repaired. Wisner's conversions parts may work, although I am not sure about the outer diameter of the outside mag tube...

There is no ejector on the MAB Modele D. Either you have a problem with the firing pin or the extractor is not holding the case tightly enough against the breechface.

The Navy Arms shotgun is a modern version of an antique muzzle-loading shotgun. Not much value in any of the three pieces, so you should not feel bad about refinishing them.
