every now and then you can get the smaller cannon in a lower price bracket. used to see the 22? gun versions on sale for 459$ but that was 2ys ago. probably 700-800 now for 22-24 etc..

ok.. just now shooting my webleys and will be getting the 455 die set.
priced lee.. 32$ 3 die set, carbide insert. not bad..
priced rcbs.. 163$ 3 die set, non carbide.. use lube.

yep.. as soon as i saw those dots onthe side i knew it was nagant. and it's got an oversized case.. with slug in it looks like a wadcutter. for the gas seal.

hmm.. case length of a 38spl is 1.55 mouth is .379 etc.
is this a rimmed cartridge or a rebated rim / semi rimmed / rimmless? sounds rimmed. post a pic.
hmm.. that .381 rim is a catching...

just barely. i squandered a lil 22lr and some 762x54r. shotshells are coming back in my area.. but just the clay shells. nothing good... 7-8 birdshot.. etc..
