About a year and a half. In that time I have owned four different presses. I sold two of them and kept the other two.

So the black coating is Teflon.

Would Teflon coated bullets penetrate bullet proof jackets or vests?

Only curiosity, I have no hidden agenda.

Re: 40 cal reloading on Dillon question

I load for .40 and shoot a Glock 23. I have found that many headaches are eliminated if I shove all .40 brass through the Debulging die first. I use the Redding GR-X Base sizing die. First I clean...

I guess what I want to say is, if Powder Valley can make a profit selling primers at 28.00 / 1000 then there is no reason the LGS can't do the same. Other than, they are simply taking advantage of...

LGS and primers

I went to the local gunshop three weeks ago and bought 900 small pistol primers for $4.99/100 (thats $49.99 per thousand). High priced I know but it was the only deal in town.

I went back today...

I have a RCBS 505 beam scale and it works very well. I also have a RCBS Chargemaster 1500. I use the Chargemaster more than the 505.

Re: What one reloading component do you need the most?

Long on bullets. Short on primers and powder.

I need 2400 and Universal. I'm down to about 1/2 a lb of Universal and a smidgen of 2400.

I also could use some small pistol primers.
