Re: Anyone have a Marlin M-1 .22?

I'd never heard of them until I was browsing through the aisles at my usual haunt and saw what I thought was a neat little .22lr on the rack. Picked dup and liked it. No rear sight but it had a...

Re: When is it time to stop buying handguns?

For many it's the "more, more, more" or the "never enough" mentality. file I went through a phase where I was buying a bunch (used to be part of the gun a month club for quite a while) I'm come to...

Re: Hogue Overmolded Stock for 10/22

Have a blue one for a build that's planned. Sits idle until then. Not exactly what I'd call heavy though. What little weight difference there is is small enough that if it were to be an issue,...

Never had such a problem. Pretty darn easy to avoid too - simply buy the service plan that fits what you will need. Buying the cheap plan that doesn't allow a service then getting upset about...

Re: Ruger 10/22

Not much as there's just a LOT out there. You might get $25 for a mint one taken of an unused gun but I wouldn't expect much more unless it had some very nice grain. I'd think $20 is more...

Have heard mixed reviews on the P22 so hopefully your son gets a good one. My son's not too interested in handguns yet but loves 10/22's. Maybe a an idea would be allowing you son to buildup one...

Re: 10 / 22 recoil buffer

More than a million produced. How many have had issues due to the factory pin? I'd think if it was such a major issue, the R&D folks at Ruger would've done something by now.
