Re: Loading Tubes for all my tube fed.22's
I appreciate the mention of the 2 scorces for these tubes...much appreciated!

Loading Tubes for all my tube fed.22's
In old books I have seen clear tubes with little spring things on the end, you load them with the propper amount of .22 ammo and when you need to reload you put them up against the end of your open,...

Re: Scope wont stay put
I guess what it boils down to...aluminum is not the best material for recievers. $150.00 guns have them and $600.00+ guns don't. Try putting all 4 riings on it. 2 rings in the front of the...

Re: Wards WESTERNFIELD .22 bolt help

Re: What's your favorite .22 rifle ??
Marlin/Glenfield Model 60/65...the most popular .22 rifle ever made!! The Ruger 10/22 will need a few more years to catch up I think. Don't spend $1000.00 on your .22 rifle! Instead buy 15 marlin...

Re: marlin model 80
Cracker....I have a Marlin model 81DL and it has a Peep sight that was missing the sight disk. It seems that the threads on the disk are "thinner" than most brands out there, so replacements don't...

Re: Marlin 81 DL
Most less expensive Rimfires didn't have serial numbers before, maybe, 1968??? Does yours have the peep sight still attatched? Worth maybe double with that? I've seen the complete peep sights sell...

Re: which is better .17 hmr or .17 mach 2
I am not a big fan or either. What good does it do to hit something if no damage is done? I don't think you can even clearly see the hole a .17 leaves in a paper target without getting arms length...
