I inherited a colt pistol. It is marked "Pocket Positive 32 police ctg". I want to buy ammo but what ammo will work? All I see mostly is 32 acp.

45 colt cal vrs 45 LC

I see ammo listed (cowboy loads) listed as 45 colt and 45 LC. Are they both the same and if not, my conversion is for 45 Long colt. Can I shoot the 45 colt (cowboy load)?

Re: correct loads for 44 cal cylinder conversion

Yes but the "book" says I can load a .454 ball. So can I shoot 45 cal cowboy loads?

New to black powder pistols. I have a 1958 Pietta Remington. Just purchased a 44 Colt conversion cylinder. What kind of cowboy loads should I purchase and where? Thanks
