Have a hopkins allen revolver octagon barrel, serial # 4489, to be rebuilt- Can anyone estimate the value? What gunsmith recommended?

I have a US Revolver Co. pistol with #1624(9)? on the left grip bottom. It no longer has grips and appears to be 32 caliber? What value do you think and who restores this type of weapon?

Have a Hopkins and Allen revolver, serial # 4487, octagon barrel, not sure about the caliber. Would like to know the value, history, etc. Thanks!!!
