Re: Buy 1500 bullets get 500 free, online black Friday only

Missouri Bullet Co. has consistently been the value leader for me for years now. Most (not all, so please check) of their bullets are 18 brinell, good for up to 1400 fps without gas checks. Example:...

Re: pistol brass, loaded how many times?

As long as you keep the loads from light to middle of the road you can reload them dozens of times easily. Some old timers told me they have brass then have been reloading for 20 years...Of course,...

Re: Is H335 too fast for 300 WIN MAG?

Thanks for the tips. I also came across a load table from IMR for their Trail Boss powder for rifles. They even have loads for the 300WM. I whipped up a dozen rounds with 20 grains of TB under a 150...

Is H335 too fast for 300 WIN MAG?

I use H335 with pretty good success (less than 1/2 MOA at 100Y) in my .223 and 308. Just bought myself a Rem 700 stainless in 300 WM. Can't find any loads using this powder. Is it just way to fast...

Rimfire gurus... What is/was the issue with my 10/22?

I have been customizing a newer run of the mill 10/22. In the original configuration it shot all ammo I fed it, even the crappy Remington Golden Bullets. When I switched out the barrel for a Shaw...

Re: This may be a dumb question.. lowest possible velocity loads - how to make them?

Sorry to be a party pooper but what some of you here are recommending is just not a good idea. Wax or no wax, just stick to the official load tables with standard bullets and go to a range. JLA I...

Re: This may be a dumb question.. lowest possible velocity loads - how to make them?

What you are looking for is hot ice cream...just does not exist. The only way you will get to a noise level where you can shoot in your garage and not have to worry about the neighbors hearing it is...
