Jim, FYI, even in other "Forums" that use "V Bulletin" and allow one to delete a "post" you can not delete the first post of a new thread.

Found reasonably priced mounts right from SWFA, so will go with them.

Well after much reading comparing and asking I decided on buying a SWFA 20x42 scope for my 700 in 22-250.
I then went to see about mounts and am back to the research page again.

Also have a Grade III, remembered to be 56-58? S/N 32991.

The gun was bought for me by my dad and is in mint condition.

I also have a fitted hard case for the gun.

My gun however is not...
