As for drying, depends on how much of a hurry I am in. Usually not, as I have lots of brass (probably too much - can that be possible?)

After rinsing I shake the cases out well...

I wash mine with with Bar Keepers Friend.
Contains a mild acid, no ammonia.
A couple tablespoons in very hot water.
Swish the cases around in it for a couple minutes.
Rinse well.

Based on my Colt SAA experience, I would grab a Ruger Vaquero in a heartbeat. Besides being overpriced, the SAA came with the memorable combination of oversized chamber mouths and a .427 bore. nice...

Before loading if the brass is dirty I clean it in a Harbor Freight ultrasonic cleaner with a half cup of white vinegar a couple drops of Dawn and a quart or so water. Neutralize with baking soda,...
