You are used to bow hunting so; keep the distances and techniques the same and use heavy hunting bullets (180gr if they will chamber in your chosen pistol). Personally I would go with the S&W 686+.

But Randall was the first all stainless "fit for duty". Actually it was the first to not have the galling (sp) probs that were so bad on the early AMT and other all stainless autos.
