First thing I would think is the primers are not seated all the way. When the primers are hit the first time they seat completely then the second hit fires them.

For me I find a Glock to be the easiest handgun to operate and clean but you have to be on top of it because they do not like people who forget the safety rules.

I have only used Lee 3 die sets for straight wall pistol cases (carbide insert). I see no need to change and am very happy with how they work.

I do not know about your gun but I seat my SWC's to the edge of the larger part of the bullet body. This is for 40 S&W in semi auto handguns.

Try a cross draw setup. I use a regular Don Hume IWB 715 series and put it on in a cross draw position, works well for me.

I use a snap on from WWW.CONCEALCO.COM Sometimes I put it on with the snap to the outside and the pouch between belt and trousers. Holds it in much better.

The best 40 S&W pistol that I have found for me is the Sig P239-40. This pistol just feels so good and fits me perfectly with after market Houge wrap around grip also night sights.

I just use the resizer/deprimer die and pop it out using eye protection and hand protection. Never had one go off yet and I do reuse the primer.

I use regular Lee pistol dies and have reloaded many Glock fired rounds for Glocks, no problems. Just use common sense in reloading and be safe, have fun.

If the gun starts having problems with extraction/ejection this may be a sign that the recoil spring is getting weak. I like to have one on hand but have only "had" to change one out once.
