I have a Iver Johnson Model 1900 (stamped on top), S/N 19766 under grip left side & on trigger housing, 22 caliber, barrel 1.75"
Any idea of its age? It is in good condition. Is it safe to fire?...

I got a Iver Johnson from my grandfather about 40 years ago. The pistol has Model 1900 and Double Action stamped on the top. The trigger guard has 19766 stamped on it. The Barrel is 1.75" long. ...
