I always stop and pick up change was going to the gym the other day and it looked like someone dumped a ash tray full of change out I wasnt to proud to stop and pick it up

Its the new universal hand primer a spring holds the shell holder with tension wraped around it with two small post holding the spring and theyseem to short the spring slides off the top

HAND PRIMER

I recently started reloading and purched a rcbs universal hand primer while priming the spring keeps comming off is there a easy fix or take it back for replacement
