Hello new guy here, On the later model 999's is there a trick to reinstalling the cylinder ? cant seem to mate up the catch and the cylinder to function properly . any help would be appreciated.

Hello new guy here , Question. Is there a trick to reinstalling the cylinder on the later 999's Cant seem to get the catch and the cylinder to mate up so everything functions properly ? any help

Hope someone is still around here , but is there a trick to reinstalling the cylinder on the 1986 999 ? cant seem to get the cylinder catch and the cylinder to hook up ?
