Hi, I was ammo shopping last weeking, and I came across an old box of Cor-bon 9mm+P BHP 124gr. Mfg. date is 1996, and my question is why did they discontinue it?

More importantly...where can I...

Re: Ruger SP101 for CC?

I could agree more. That's the only wrinkle is the 5 shot cap.

Ruger SP101 for CC?

I am in the process of buying a 2" .357 s101. Is this recommended for SD in public (not in home). Since it fires hotter rounds, and slightly heavier frame I know it will kick a little. Does anyone...

Re: A good 40 cal carry gun for a woman

Walther PPS .40. Comes with 5 and 6rd mag. Very slim, and easy for a woman to wrap her fingers around and comfortable. A little expensive...I bought mine new for about 800 in '09. But now I see em...

Browning hi power or 1911 for self Defence?

There are many devoted people to certain firearms fo SD. I think one large group, is wedded to the classics of a large frame pistols. By this I mean the Browning hi power, and the 1911. Both pistols...

Re: Introduction....YAY *insert cacophony of sarcastic screams lol*

Ty :-). I must say however, I do not like the trigger pull of a HP. The 1911's have such a smooth light pull, and I admire the safties on the 1911's. I also don't like the mag release safety. On the...

Re: Snubby-.38 spl.+P or .357 for SD?

Def the .38. The .357 coming out a 2" bbl does not mature in it's true velocity...u need at least 4" bbl to really have a 158gr sizzle out. I would NEVER feel under gunned with my trusty snubbie. The...
