Whoops, didn't read the subdivision part. I'd go with a bow or some kind of shotgun if it's under 50-60 yards. Or just use some live traps(if legal) and pop them with a .22lr

The Taurus Pump and the Henry lever with the 18" barrel are the two I've looked at seriously. I'd love to have the Marlin, but at current prices, I can't justify spending $500 on a 22.
