I am using 12 gr. of H110 with a 110 gr full jacked bullit, Rem 7 1/2 small rifle primer. good results so far

thanks for the reply. the primers are seated well. I reload myself. the primers do seat with difficulty and seem to be a tight fir. I clean each primer pocket and seat the primers with a Lee auto...

t happens with factory loads as well. I'm thinking fireing pin or not cocking properly.

Rem 7 1/2 primers

Can the Rem 7 1/2 primer be used safely in reloading .30 carbine ammo? book calls for 6 1/2 but I have an abundance of 7 1/2.

I mistakenly picked up 1,000 Remington 7 1/2 primers instead of 6. Small rifle primers. Can these primers be used safely in a Mini 14 (.223) and an M1 carbine(30 cal). Anyone tried this?
