Range Report - Mini-14 follow-up
Found a decent steel tube Weaver K-4 (like the old Weaver scopes) in a local shop and put it on the Mini-14. With factory PMC the Mini did just under 3" at 50yds. With some old varmint (circa 1980)...

I have a baker's dozen plus 2 1911 type's dating from 1916 to 2011. There are a couple that seldom see sunlight but none are 100% safe queens. 9mm's, 38Super, 40S&W, 10mm, 45ACP's. Mostly Colts...
