Took the model 12 to the range and it was phenominal. Found out on accident that they slamfire! Silly me didnt know that one. I just dont think its my style I think its guna be going up for sale.

I figured it was worth a little money. The only winchester pump guns I have experience with is the model 1200. I know it shoulders beautifully and looks wonderful.

I just picked up a Model 12 in 12 gauge with 28 inch barrel in 90-95 percent condition for $75. I was just wondering on what everyone thought of the feather weight model 12? Problems? Pros? Cons?

10 Gauge loading press???

Mossberg 500 stoeger sidexside cheap reliable can shoot anything through them and beat em up but they still keep on bangin through shells.

I have 2 marlins one in 30-30 and one in 45-70. They are great guns and I would trust my life to them. I havent had one thats inaccurate yet. Both of mine will do an inch or better at 100 yards....

.375 ruger African or alaskan???

I will be purchasing ONE of these rifles in the 375 ruger caliber, but alas I can not decide witch one. They both would fit my purpose well but thats just it. I am planning on a few big game trips...

It isnt a BP gun but im sure the recoil will be tamable once I get a technique down. It might just end up my new go to shotgun but we will see.

Well im think im guna do it. I just got another set of 27inch barrels with chokes so i think the originals are guna come down to 19 inches and get a big ole ivory bead on em. Im not to worried about...

Yes in RI there is only bow muzzleloader and shotgun, but if its coon season people can go shoot up in the air at coons with 22 mags and thats ok, oh and we cant use .410's, buckshot out of a .20...

Well im glad you all think there decent rifles. I pick it up here in a week or so. It was just so light and fit my shoulder just so that I couldnt not buy it. I just wish I could hunt with it here...

To hell with ruger single actions, they arent true colt clones if single actions were meant to have transfer bars and the load gate free the cylinder then old sam woulda made them that way go with...

MOSSBERG the only shotgun I would ever stake my life on. I got mine for $350 brand new with 20 inch barrel and 7 rounds of 3 inch in the tube.
