Reloading is fun and relaxing. like Soundguy I measure rifle and throw pistol. My pistol loads are all midrange loads for shooting paper. the rifle loads are used to ring a gong at 565 yards. Fun...

Walked into a LGS yesterday and they had 6 ARs on the wall with a sign saying "Ask for market price". Didn't bother, just left.

Plugs and muffs. Used to use plugs only but years ago read a report that plugs alone still allowed hearing loss from bone conduction behind the ear. Don't know if it's true but decided to use both.
