Just did a quick check on a 10 meter radio and came up with this and the product description. It says 240 Channels. Does that mean it also covers CB Bands?

I live in Henderson, NV. which is a suburb of Las Vegas. We are fairly high where we live, about 2500' above sea level. There is no way for me to put up a 100' antenna....
