I would say Winchester .231 or Titegroup. Both are good powders and meter well.

If you cannot find anyload data. In my opinion I would load it like a 125rn. I would use the same overall lenght of a 130gn and then fill use the minimum charge for the 125rd. I would only load 10...

I have been cleaning my Mags with a Steam cleaner. This is the quickest way for me to get them clean inside and out.
