They had a little spanner wrench that fit in that hole. Maybe you could find it; and the "full" choke tube.(I assume the "modified" is on the gun..)

It looks to be in really nice shape. That model was made from 1940 - 1971, The B may indicate a later change in barrel length (24") earlier had a 23" barrel.

I think a price of $120-$150 is not...
