When you say take a punch what do you mean. What is a punch?

I was using a pen to push the button down but I cant get the base to move at all.

I went to the gun dealer today and held both I couldnt really feel what the HK would feel like in a 9mm because they only had a 45. I am really leaning towards the XD.

Ok maybe I'll call the Distric Attorneys office tomorrow. I know that the detective had been trying to get in contact with me for about 3 months now so the case should be pretty far along.

Thanks for the replies guys. I do have my conceal carry but I was going to traffic court and to pick my girlfriend up from school so I couldnt have my gun on me I just left it in my armrest console....
