ha!, before the internet was around, I did something like that using my 3 yr old sons blue jean and sneakers stuffed under the front tire of the family ride and his bicycle crammed under the front...

They have the ability now to scan 3,600 plates a minute on the fly. I'm sure the fusion centers will be able to up load the data so as to track your every movement.

When I joined the Marine Corps my finger prints were taken and placed in the FBI Database along with a complete file on me.

Finger prints are also in the BATF database after applying for C&R FFL

I'm sure there is a NFA rule governing that, seeing it's an automatic saw. I'm sure a hand saw would fly under the radar, that is as long as it is not attached via bayonet lug.

I was very impressed with the Army Chopper Pilots. They were always where they said they would be and on time to boot.

But I must admit, Rangers are pretty good fighters, much along the same...
