If they are legal now then it woudl be legal post ban as it has been in the past. Bans make new ones illegal. It would be a huge issue to try to take them away form those that already have them.

That was the mount I grabbed out of the drawn when I put he scope on. As it is a 22 stability is not a issue. I have had many squirrels out past 50 yards who prove the stability of this set up..
