Actually I bought the III a couple months back and just got the other 2 yesterday. The safety is the same, I'm no expert but I'd say some trigger work, added a piece of metal to the front of grip...

My buddy has one in stainless it has 10,000 rounds plus and the barrel is almost 1/4 longer due to lead build up, it's still a tack driver, great gun
