then i may be mistake, i know for a fact the serial number is the one listed or it is 4036051 bacause i had it in my had today. it has a 7 digit number and the 403 and 51 part i know is correct.

Found this old Mauser today for 100.00. need info pleaese.

i can get better pics if needed. the gun is chambered in 8mm mauser and is in surprising good shape. it has the date of 1938 stamped in front of the chamber. on the side of the reciever it has MOD...

looking for a handgun scope

to put on my new chipmunk 22 pistol. power does not really matter but it needs to be in a stainless or bright finish. would also consider a red dot with around a 1.5 moa dot of some sort.
