Re: i am really getting concerned

Bottom line is if obuma gets to fill one of Supreme Court justice of his liking we will loose the 2nd amendment and he will do that if he gets 4 more years.

It is hard to believe the lack of real...

Re: Snubby-.38 spl.+P or .357 for SD?

I may be wrong but I believe the S&w 340 does not weigh more than the SW342 (38 sp only). When you get to the Ruger snubby the 357 weighs about 4 ounces more than the 38sp only.

Re: Countersniper scopes???

First off, Sportsmanguide sells a magnetic product that you install on your gasoline line to increase your gas mileage 50%. That tells me the company can not be trusted. The Countersniper scopes are...

Re: Why does everyone hate Taurus?...

Hopefully people will have some reason not to like Taurus weapons. Price should not be an issue because Ruger's makes some inexpensive guns. My reason is that several friends had serious problems...

Re: New poll finds Cain tied for lead with Romney

Carver Thanks! After hearing Cain talk on the 2nd amendment he sounds like another clown politican who is trying to "yes" everyone.
Again, if it is an amendment in the constitution then it is...

Re: What size gun do you carry?

If hiking it is a S&W329 loaded with Garretts. If on the street it will be a Glock 29SF 10mm.

Re: Rifle scopes in general

GunHugger _ However, I believe the actual lenses are made in Japan and then shipped out. Vortex is a good value especially the PST scopes and their great customer service/warranty.

If you...

Re: Best concealed holster for Glock 23??

SideArmor is an IWB and not as comfortable as a pancake or outside the waist band like the Glock holster. Be prepared to get larger pants and belts if you use IWB or loose weight.

Re: a good revolver for carrying

If hiking in mountain lion/bear country, which really means out my front door, I carry a S&W 329 in a Krammer horsehide pancake holster. Very light and comfortable. First 3 chambers are 210 gr....

Re: Best concealed holster for Glock 23??

I bought the Glock because it is an amazing design and so I figured I would try the Glock holster. It is fast, secure, light weight, the most concealable holster because it is so thin, very...

Re: Snubby-.38 spl.+P or .357 for SD?

Let me ask this question- if you were being attacked by a Great Dane or Mastiff would you rather have a 38sp or 357? Sure there are stories of Polar bears being taken out with 22 magnums but they had...

Re: which is a deadlier round?

It should be noted that the 5.56 should not be fired in the 223 while a 223 can be fired in a 5.56. The 5.56 being slightly more powerful and loaded hotter.

What is more deadly is what hits the...

Re: What's the best way to transport your pistol?

I agree that most guns today come in a hard case and that is fine for everyday use. If you are interested in a holster I find that a pancake style holster is the most comfortable. I do not like...

Re: Binocular help

If you mean something like 8x30 that just means the power is 8 power and the objective lense is 30mm. In general the bigger the objective lense the more light it will allow to enter and it will be...

Re: Plastic vs 1911

Wideboy04 - I used to agree with you and as far as "pride of ownership" goes my Gunsite CCO or bright stainless Delta Elite leave the Glock in the dust.
Having owned many 1911's over the years I...

Re: A Good gun safe for the money..........
