The butt plates were sanded to the stock and some variations will occur.

Contact H&R 1871 (Remington) for a replacement. The newer one should work with fitting.

The H&R model 700 magazine was a copy of the HK 300. I do not recall if the magazine release cut was in the exact same location.

At any rate, it could more than likely be modified to fit the HK...

Your revolver certainly was refinished as 32 Magnum stated. No revolvers were manufactured and sold with "plum colored" frames and/or trigger guards.

I73301 indicates a model 733 with a 2 1/2" barrel.
