And here's tonight's dinner...Lasagna! I was at the range today so I needed a meal that could be made Saturday and cooked Sunday. This topping sauce shown here is my Marinara Sauce made without any meat. I make both styles for different applications. the below Lasagna has my meat sauce in its layers, along with my homemade Italian sweet sausage and 80/20 beef.



FWIW, I managed to get my High-Point 995TS sighted in with the new Bushnell 3x9 scope. The 100 yard range was closed for drainage maintenance, so I had to use the 50 yard range.
