I've really only in the last couple years got into eating peppers. Grew my own jalapenos this year. Tasted great, but never really got big. Next year I"m gonna plant more, and I'm gonna try and can them. Yesterday we went to a Apple Festival and they had a bunch of craft booths set up. One lady had a bunch of hot jellys and stuff. One of the jars was Cowboy Candy. Candied jalapenos. Oh Hell Yea!. I'm gonna try and make those next year too. Maybe this year if there is enough peppers left off my two little plants.
