I heard Dick talk about this on the Radio. He said that this tax is a real possibility even if Obama looses. He seems to think that Obama and Hilary along with the Dem controlled Senate have time during Obama's lame-duck session to pass this through.

Kinda like flipping us the bird as he gets evicted from the White-House.
