i have had pickled eggplant before, it was ok nothing to brag about but this guy gave me a jar his brother made and oh my my my was it good had garlic and pepper flakes don't know what else it was to die for. Anyway my question is you don't have to vacum (misspelled) pack it? How long can u store it for?
